    The evaporative condenser uses water and air as the cooling medium. Inside, there are a water dispatching system, condensing coils, wet padding heat exchange layer, dehydrator and so on. Outside, there are a pump, electronic water treatment apparatus and a propeller fan on the top of condensing coil. The propeller fan strengthens the flow of the air and causes negative pressure inside. When the evaporative condenser works, the cooling water is sprayed from water dispatching system to the surface of condensing coils equably to form a thin layer of water film.

    The working fluid is flowing inside the coils, which are enwrapped by spray water on the outside. The heat of water is transferred by coils and becomes the saturated vapor when meets the water and air. The heat is exhausted out of the cooling tower by the fan, and water is collected back to the bottom tank. The spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin during the circulation process and flows in the same direction with the fresh wind. The coil mainly takes sensible heat travel style. This is especially suitable for cooling high temperature fluid.

As there is no heat transfer padding inside the closed circuit cooling tower, more space is saved to increase coil's radiating area. This is suitable for cooling applications where the outlet water temperature is required to be close to the wet bulb temperature.
